Job Summary :
Builds, administers, and monitors enterprise databases, including database definition, structure, utilization, documentation, long range requirements, operational guidelines, and protection.
Focuses on the technical, organizational, and infrastructure specifications.
Provides technical guidance to power users and developers in the use of efficient database access.
Ensures database integrity, performance tuning, indexing, segmentation, and database recovery.
Schedules, implements, and documents database changes.
Ensures a current database model and data dictionary are documented and available to staff.
Develops scripts for database.
